Phil Moore Buick GMC

Driving in NE Jackson and passed this dealership on I-55 Frontage Road. We stopped by because we saw 2 Black Widow Edition GMC Sierra trucks. One was red and one was white. Nice trucks! While we were there we walked the lot and saw many other vehicles including 2500 Sierras (which had multiple exterior colors), GMC Yukons in multiple trim levels, there were plenty of choice to fit your GMC needs! We came close to closing time, but a salesman still came out to introduce himself and see if we needed any assistance. We did advise we just stopped by because we saw the Black Widow trim packages on the Sierra, but took his card if we needed any assistance or questions moving forward.

My truck went into limp mode while traveling through Mississippi headed to Texas. I was only 15 minutes from Phil Moore as they were the closest dealership. When I pulled into the Service Department and explained my situation, they were kind (Katy) and considerate and moved me to the front of the line to diagnosis my truck to help me get back on the road. Unfortunately, the part needed for my truck was a 5-day lead time and the Service Tech was awesome at explaining the issue and how it has been common in these trucks. The staff inside the service department let me know they had a partnership with Enterprise to get me a rental for a discounted rate and called them on the spot to get me a rental. While waiting I asked to talk to a salesman to look at a new vehicle because patients is not a virtue of mine and the king of impulse buys! I was put in touch with "Famous Amos", and let him know what I was looking for price and mileage wise. He was able to find me something on the lot quickly that fit my criteria. I proceeded with a trade in on my truck where I was given a more than fair price. The finance department was great as well and got me a great rate and were fast and efficient during the process. To sum it up, I was blessed to have car troubles near Phil Moore where the customer service was top notch with superb hospitality. I appreciate all they did and would recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area for all your car sales or service needs. Thanks Phil Moore!

Can’t say enough good about this dealership. Over the last 30+ years I’ve probably done work for close to 100 around the world and never seen or heard of a dealership treat and take care of their customers as well as Phil Moore does. I recognized it and became a customer. Now on my 3rd vehicle with them.

I’m very happy to leave a 5 star review. I brought my truck here from Louisiana because the service is better than any place I have ever been to. We had our compressor replaced in a day. Dropped it off that morning and it was ready that afternoon. Everything was done professionally and quickly. Hands down the best service we’ve seen. Everyone is nice and professional and actually listens to your needs. If I could give 100 stars I would.

My husband and I have bought several vehicles throughout our lives, and this was BY FAR the BEST experience! Zero pressure, more than willing to work with us, and ensured our needs were met every step of the way! Highly recommend Jeffrey as a sales associate! He is 5 stars by himself, but the whole dealership was great! We LOVE our new Yukon, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!
