Don't buy a car from Riverside the warranty is no good I brought a 2019 Chevy suburban I had it 9 months it's been an the shop twice the a.c.when out an May now I remind you it summer the alpha warranty want fix so now I'm stuck with a 30,000 car with no a.c.an Riverside told me over an over that the warranty covers from bumper to bumper so I bought it well it not it really doesn't cover nothing you it would at lease cover the important things so if you do buy a vehicle from them please please read the warranty before you buy it an see what it cover because it not bumper to bumper an the warranty is a JOKE!!!!!!!! My 78-year old Father bought a 2005 Red truck from you guys. No more than 14 days after he paid in full with a cashier check the vehicle started to fall apart. Last time I spoke to my Father was 9/20 and now the truck stopped working and no one has heard from my Father in over three weeks. Thanks a lot for selling my elderly father a total piece of garbage and now no one can get in touch with him. Taking Advantage of a Senior Citizen like this is appalling.

If I could give no stars. I absolutely would. I haven't even had my vehicle a full calander year and it broke down. It needs more repairs than the car is worth. I bought a 2020 Sonic and it only had 70k miles on it, and I need a whole new engine. It all started a week after I drove it off the lot and just kept getting worse. I called to see if there was anything that could be done because I was stranded in Virginia with no way back, and I was told that by the state of Mississippi they don't have to disclose minor accidents the vehicle was in to the customers as long as it was drivable from the scene (my vehicle was in a front end accident), and that they couldn't do anything as the sales guy was chuckling laughing and said the best we can do is when you get the car back here we just built a new shop at Gautier, and we're about to hire 2 new mechanics to have a full team.....what the hell kind of customer service is that? Your laughing, won't offer any other help, you sold me a car you knew was crap from the start, and that's it. Had they been more personable, more compassionate, and eager to help try to figure something out this review would be totally different, but they did the opposite. Anyone looking for a nice pre owned vehicle. I wouldn't shop here. I worked in the car industry for 2 1/2 years. Not all used small chain dealers are like this.. proceed with caution if you decide to shop this one.
