Billy Cox was wonderful! He was NOT "sale-sy" and just broke everything down outright. Provided carfax immediately, answered all my questions whenever I called (trust me I called a lot for about 2 weeks, this was my first online purchase), I was worried about the car being sold and he said I could put down a cash deposit to hold the car until the following week (then I could have it refunded or go back towards the car loan) Literally, I think this was the easiest buying process of my life. He sent the buyer's order. I sent to the bank. The bank sent me final paperwork that I signed through Docusign. And I signed one more thing from Gulf Coast Specialty and the deal was done. No waiting for hours in a dealership... Mr. Cox had the car already scheduled for shipment within the day the contract was signed. I was in direct contact with the shipping agent, but Mr. Cox took it upon himself to give me updates. When I received the vehicle, I could tell this thing had been professionally detailed. It smells like no one has ever sat the seat. Overall 10/10 and I thank this place for being patient with me, since it was my first online buy, and they didn't push me to buy... But with the prices they are able to get for their vehicles, they know it won't last on their lot very long. I'll be going back to them for my next vehicle! 😁

Staff were very friendly and responsive to all of our questions and were more than happy to assist us with all of our concerns. They were honest about the vehicle and showed proof of repairs they make upon receipt of the vehicle so I know we are in good hands. They were also very flexible with the finances because our bank is not local and the local banks were not very helpful. Overall, best car buying experience I’ve had and if I’m ever in the market for another one, I’m coming here first. It was honestly so stress free. Thank y’all so much!
