My husband researched Honda Odessey minivans for a few weeks with several different private sellers and dealerships. He saw that Lexdan had quite a selection of that make and model. He contacted Lee and was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles in their inventory. Lee was very helpful over the following week, maintaining regular contact with us as we considered our options. He provided good info about the vehicle we were most interested in, including ways to navigate the payment options. (We were actually able to use two different debit cards to purchase the vehicle.) Lee had the vehicle parked at the front entrance when we we arrived, and he met us there. He gave us a tour of the vehicle, pointing out several features we were unfamiliar with. He rode with us as we test drove the vehicle, and neither of us ever felt the high-pressure sales tactics that you typically get from other dealerships. The vehicle was fairly priced, somewhat lower than other dealerships, which left us feeling no need to negotiate a lower price. I always dread looking at cars, anticipating the salesmen swooping in like hawks the minute you drive into their lots in an effort to secure a sale. Our experience at Lexdan was nothing like that. Lee was great to work with throughout the process. After deciding to 'pull the trigger' on this particle vehicle, the owner, Dennis, sat with us for quite awhile just having a nice conversation about life, the military (my hubby) law enforcement (me), real estate, etc. What a sincere and pleasant man. As we spoke with Dennis, his daughter (unfortunately I don't remember her name) drew up the paperwork. She then sat with us to go over our purchase, signing documents and explaining everything in a clear and concise manner. Her sweet personality mirrors her dad. Very friendly 😊 Everyone we spoke with at Lexdan was so friendly. We never felt the high-pressure typically experienced at a car dealership. Lexdan staff truly felt like a happy family, and that feeling resonated with us. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend using Lexdan Automotive!

Recently helped my son replace his car that was starting to fall apart. We went to Lexdan Auto and look at many different vechicles trying to get the right fit. Our sales person Sara was very patient with us as we looked. We decided to buy a Honda Ridgeline pick up. Only problem was that it had a dash light on when we came to get it. What it needed was a new fuel pump - Lexdan took and repaired it and on top of that went above and beyond and replaced the fluids in the transmission, differential and transfer case all at no charge because of the inconvenience of waiting a few days for the fuel pump replacement!! Just bought a pre-owned Tacoma from Lexdan Automotive. Rob from sales is the man! Would highly recommend working with Rob - he is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and made the experience enjoyable and fun throughout. Scott worked with me through the financing part and was also phenomenal! Best experience by far that I have ever had at a car dealership. Overall, this is a great dealership and would highly recommend anyone to check here first if you are looking to get a new vehicle. So pumped on my Taco!

It was great working with these guys. Especially Lee, the salesman. Great communication. Not too long of a haggling process. These guys replaced the struts, rotors, brake pads and battery. So the used car is essentially new.
