I had a great experience buying my new truck from Mosaic Auto Group. I actually drove an hour and a half to get there because they had the best deal I could find, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Todd was fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but Todd made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. One thing that really surprised me was the finance process. Usually dealing with the finance manager is the worst part of buying a vehicle, but this time it was quick, straightforward, and honestly one of the easiest finance experiences I’ve had. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m really happy with my new truck. If you’re looking for a good deal and an easy buying process, I’d definitely recommend asking for Todd at Mosaic Auto Group.

Spencer in sales did a great job at helping us get into the vehicle we were looking for. It didn't look like we were going to be able to afford the payments but Ahmed in finance found a way to get the numbers to work that we needed. I would recommend Mosaic Chrysler to anyone i know shopping for a car. Not one part of the experience was negative. Great bunch of people. Todd even went with me to Verizon wireless to get my phone updated when we had issues with android auto.

I want other buyers to be aware of my experience. I found a 2026 Jeep advertised at a markdown price of $27,184. The listing did not clearly state that this price required dealer financing. After contacting the dealership and receiving the purchase worksheet, the vehicle price was shown as $33,084 before taxes and fees. I was then informed the advertised pricing was tied to their financing requirements, which was not clearly disclosed on the listing. Offering 6-8% APR with a lifetime powertrain warranty. I understand incentives can have conditions, but the difference between the advertised price and the actual presented price was nearly $6,000. I cancelled the transaction and recommend buyers verify the full buyer’s order, incentive qualifications, and financing requirements before moving forward.
