Marty P. was our salesman, and I was his first sale EVER! (He'd only just started his job there.) He was EXCELLENT. I had no idea I was his first sale, because he was so professional and appeared polished and practiced. He was NOT pushy whatsoever - of which the proverbial "car salesman" has a reputation - and was extremely helpful in all regards. When I came in the next day to actually purchase my new car, he introduced me to John T., who helped with the instructional aspects of a buy. He, too, was incredibly thorough and helpful. Both are good, good guys to have assisting customers! I'm impressed, and I have to say, Wood City Motors will get my business again!

Worked with sales consultant Noah Butler, a highly professional and consistent communicator. Despite my current circumstances, they successfully approved my trade-in. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I discovered a missing component. Noah promptly contacted his manager and negotiated an agreement to have the part delivered at no cost. The entire process was facilitated by Noah and financial representative Jon. Jon refrained from pressuring me into making any purchases. Both individuals are exceptional business partners. Since my vehicle received certification, I was awarded a complimentary full tank of gas. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle, or new I highly recommend consulting Noah Butler. I made an appt online through their service department for a pre purchase inspection 9 days in advance. Took the day off work and drove over an hour. Went to check in and was informed that they wouldn't do it that it would take way over an hour up to 4 hours and said their online scheduling is horrible. They knew I had an appt he acknowledged that but nobody even took the time to call and let me know. First and last experience with them.
