I'm on the other side of the country, and still purchased a jetski from Sean at Duluth Motorsports. He made the process super easy, and worked with me every step of the way. He went out of his way to accommodate the shipping company I chose to ship with. He's an all around great guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Bought a 2013 Audi Q5 in August 2025, faulty spark plugs that were never replaced since the vehicle was manufactured leading to them damaging the cylinder and now I have to replace the engine. Highly recommend getting an independent mechanic to check any vehicle before purchasing. With that being said, honest crew and willing to work to find a solution to help the customer

The salesman Sean was a very nice guy. Vehicles look clean and nice. Here is my issue. I bought a car from them and within 1 week I noticed the car wobble when braking after higher speed breaking and after a workout it didn't start so I had it towed to the closest shop. The starter was shot, brakes were shot, motor mounts broke so I had that all fixed. Shortly after that it wouldn't start so I had it towed to their shop and had to have a new fuel pump. So frustrating. $3200 later after repairs hopefully it runs good now. Nice looking vehicles and some low mileage but this place could really save themselves headaches and help their reputation and customer satisfaction if they did full inspections on these vehicles before they sell them. Lesson learned I guess. Next time I purchase a vehicle I will bring it to a mechanic to be inspected

We will never be returning or recommending. Multiple issues with a vehicle our mother n law purchased for her granddaughter less than a year ago, pressured and lied to so we took down a previous post . My daughter felt very uncomfortable after that and frankly so did we . This is not how to do sales. Customer is always right . And we would’ve never bought that vehicle if we had known no one looked at it before selling it to us her way over what it was worth and how many issues it’s had in one year. Do not contact or harass my daughter.
