I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru assent from the Spartan Elite Auto Group L.L.C. Auto Group in Lansing Mi. I live 353 miles away. I was looking for a newer SUV with a 3rd row seat in new like condition. I called about the Subaru for sale at the Elite Auto Group. I spoke with Sal my salesperson. Sal answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He assured me that the car had been refurbished to like new condition. It had 3 main options that I never had before and always wanted. Mainly the automatic lift rear tail gate.The third row bench seat and heated mirrors. David Gray Posting publicly across Google split row 2nd row seat with arm rests. 3rd most important the blind side mirror indication of along side vehicles approaching. It was 93 degrees out that day and my wife and I enjoyed the comfort of the ice cold temperature controlA/C, the communication with Sal was excellent and honest as they come. The Subaru is flawless and you would never know it was a reconditioned vehicle and drives down the road straight as an arrow, comfortable, and absolutely no annoying wind noise sounds.I will definitely buy from Sal again in the future and highly recommend him as honest down to earth person, Thank you Sal for the smooth no hassle transaction.

It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I am 68 years old and owned a lot of vehicles. Saleh was very honest and I was not pressured in any way. This car dealership is simply the best! I made two trips there before deciding to buy the car I wanted that was advertised online. Right from the first visit, they did not try to push me to make a decision. Simply told me - take it for a test drive and feel free to take somewhere to be inspected. I’ve never been told that. After talking to my grandson, he requested pictures of the before repair of the prior fender bender. Without hesitation- they e-mailed them to me and the prior damage (minor) was exactly as they previously stated. I was still unsure so I had some family members come drive it and check it out. And .. still there was no pressure from them. While there - I met a young couple that drove down from the UP that was buying a car. The young man was extremely picking with his vehicles and did a lot of homework on this dealership before making the drive. He throughly looked my vehicle over and felt it was a nice car at a great price. I decided to buy it but I had issue of arranging someone to come back and pick it up due to me having a family emergency. They made a decision to bring the vehicle to me (about an hour away). I just can’t praise this dealership enough. The young man from UP said they were rated top used car dealership - I didn’t verify but if they’re not .. THEY SHOULD BE!
