Drove to Lansing from Muskegon to check out quite a few pickup trucks. Found a very nice 2011 Silverado here couldn’t be happier. Nice and clean and drives smoothly. Juan was a great salesman. Didn’t try to pressure me into any decisions and was very professional and laid back. Helped me out with upfront purchasing.

Very good deal and excellent service! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Update: They reset all the computer indicators and check lights on the vehicle prior to me getting there. Check engine light came on about 20 minutes after I left the lot, and the fuel economy indicator has obviously been reset as well as the oil life reading, the sticker on the windshield says the oil needed to be changed 1k miles before I got the car. Also had no washer fluid and it probably needs the rotors turned. I dont think the check engine light is anything too serious. The car runs great, these things are just indicative of the type of behavior going on at this shop. They also sold me the car with a nearly unusable key, but have ordered a replacement that still hasn't come yet. Overall, not a BAD experience, just make sure you are diligent.

Sold me a car that was listed as no damage and no issues. Window didn't work, they fixed that by replacing motor. AC didn't work. They said it needed a charge but that wasnt the problem. Etc. Etc. There was visible damage that was hidden from pictures. Overall wasn't terrible but also wasn't quite as portrayed. Overall they have a few decent cheap vehicles but be ware there are hidden issues.

Went to look at a specific car the lot was so full it would've takin an act of god to test drive it or to get it out then we were explained what was wrong with the car 1. The shifter wont shift unless you put the key into the side of the shifter to release it. 2. Driver side door wont open from the inside you have to put the window down to let yourself out. 3. Was told the key battery was dead and had to hold the key to the button when turning it on. And 4 they kept txtg me saying other people were interested in the car to hurry.. we drove an hour and 40 mins for this experience i do not recommend anyone go here they do not have good mechanics or they just dont care about the cars or customers
