I had an exceptional experience with the entire staff today. I am always wary going to purchase a car, but Lamar was fantastic-- Professional, and took time to understand my needs and budget. Working with Tajj, his manager (pardon any misspelling) was also straightforward and honest. I left feeling heard; and that's not always my experience as a woman. I definitely recommend this team and will probably shop there again in the future.

I recently had work done on my awesome -- dare we call it classic? -- Mitsubishi vehicle here. The staff was excellently professional and friendly, and the vibe was really cool. This was even so at 7:30am which, was quite the feature to help get the day started quickly. Their lounge is spacious and features a Roku AND epic espresso machine. I almost forgot I was there for my car!

Shelby and Charles were wonderful to work with! I didn’t come in with an easy project, but they treated me with respect, kindness, and understanding. I truly appreciate Shelby for fighting for me to get a good deal with the bank. Also- the car is AMAZING! Full tank of gas and a fresh detail before leaving. I purchased a car for my daughter here. Brody was professional and attentive from the start. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car for my daughter! Ben and Jacob were also equally as wonderful. This team made buying a car an upbeat and pleasurable experience! I felt that I was listened to and everyone was honest and sincere. Highly recommend!

I had a perfect experience purchasing a vehicle from LaFontaine Mitsubishi, Lansing MI. I live almost 2 hours away in Three Rivers, MI. I found exactly what I was looking for on their website, but I didnt have time to go that far to check out the vehicle myself. Thanks to excellent help from Kourtnie Shaw, Brooke Ridge, and Shelby Kinsey, the transaction was smooth and gentle. I communicated with them by text, email and phone. All my questions had quick, helpful, and knowledgeable replies. I had no idea that buying a car from a distance could go so well. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I thought the process would be stressful - to get an independent inspection done, settle on a price, and commit to a purchase, nit even knowing how I would get the vehicle home, but everyone was honest and friendly and did what was needed for success. Good people! From my first contact with them to having my vehicle delivered to my driveway, so many miles away, took almost exactly 24 hours. The easiest and best vehicle purchase I've ever made.
