The entire process was quick and easy. I was in and out very fast after selecting the vehicle I wanted. They have a little something for every price plan . My granddaughter was lied to by this business. What they told her and my husband that was done was a lie. Do not get a car from this business. They clearly don't care about the customer at all. My granddaughter is not financially able to get another vehicle. This business preys on people who need someone honest...it is not them. Go anywhere else but here.

Said no to me. Went to Feldman and got a car. Would be no stars if I could. I called your business. Was told didn't make enough money. So went else where.

Bought a van from here last week. It was disclosed that all vehicles are "as is" condition, which is fine. I expect them to require repairs and need some minor attention. I inspected the vehicle myself (I am not a mechanic) and was satisfied with it's condition. I was told by the gentleman who owns the dealership about certain things on the vehicle that turned out to be false. First, he informed me that he had to fill up the tires before we arrived. I asked if one was flat or had a leak, he replied that he simply filled them up to proper air pressure. Next morning one tire was completely flat. It had a dried out patch on the tire that was leaking. Which led me to believe that it was flat the night before and that the gentleman had covered it up. I was also told the oil was fresh and just changed. I will admit it was my fault for not verifying this while I was there. But I changed the oil today and it was dark as night, therefore not fresh. I understand the vehicles here are as is condition and that you should have them inspected. But don't try to gain my trust by lying to me. Happy with the van now, not happy with the dealer. One star.
