EASTSIDE AUTO SALES LLC

My experience with this place has so far been a good one. I traded in a car I had for a truck he had and yes like with any used vehicle there were concerns so I bought that $375 3 month or 3000 mile policy that he has avalible. And once I was for certain my truck would not need it I even was able to get my refund for it. Wich was a good thing . I would only caution that the policy's 3rd page makes useing it allmost next to not bc of how stricked the company is about how your break down is aloud to happen and if it dont happen in a spasific way then they dont have to cover you . And thaf is at no fault of the car dealer. I just know when your all exited to get into a new vehicle, paperwork tends to feel less of concern and im sure people over look alot of policy they should have paid good attention to to. But over all good experience.

Had a great experience overall. I was initially skeptical because of the area, and the number of different businesses in the location made it a bit confusing at first. However, what really stood out was their transparency, they allow you to take the vehicle to a licensed mechanic before purchasing, and they offer warranty options as well. Our son has had his car for a year now, and because of that positive experience, we returned to purchase a vehicle for our daughter too.

5-Star Car Buying Experience! I had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle from Eastside auto .From the moment I walked onto the lot, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. The sales team wasn’t pushy at all—they took the time to listen to what I needed and showed me several great options within my budget. The entire process was smooth, from the test drive to financing. They were transparent about pricing, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated how knowledgeable they were and how they helped me understand everything before signing. I couldn’t be happier with my new car—it runs great, looks amazing, and was priced fairly. I’d definitely recommend eastside auto sales to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and honest, helpful service.

When you walk in it's clean and professional. Loved the hospitality and overall great experience! Would recommend it to family definitely, even with the little cash I had they worked with me to find the best car I could get.

EDIT: I paid for and signed for the car on March 19. It is now April 27, and the car STILL has not been transferred to my possession. when i went in to finalize the sale on my car, there was a young man in the lobby yelling and warning people not to buy a car from Eastside. i should’ve listened. not only did i pay $200 in fees for the dealership to handle my title transfer, but they then proceeded to lie to me about it. they stated they turned in the paperwork 2 days after i purchased the car, when in reality it was not filed with the secretary of state until 18 days out of their allotted 21. after multiple back and forth calls between them and the secretary of state, in which they ran me in circles, told me they “did not know where my title was”, and outright lied to me, they then demanded we “apologize” to them for getting frustrated with their lack of information and assistance. my title has been incorrectly filled out at least twice by the dealership, as they themselves told me. this issue has still yet to be resolved, over a month later. whether this is an issue of disorganization or flat out untruthfulness, save yourself the headache and buy a car legitimately anywhere else.
