I bought a 2025 Subaru Forester. The process was very smooth and I knew I was buying a car with scratches. There were three called out in separate photos. They were minor and I didn’t mind them. When the car was delivered it had major scratches on one of the rearview mirrors. I submitted the photos and they denied the claim saying they were disclosed. I looked again and reached out to an “advocate” he said he agreed with me and would ask for the decision to be overturned. I didn’t hear back so I reached out again and they said my claim was denied again. When I reached out to another “advocate” she said it was denied again and the scratches could be seen if you zoom in to a photo of the entire car. You can’t see them - it looks like light and shadows. Which she also admitted. She said the scratches were reviewed twice and won’t or can’t be reviewed again. I really am upset that the whole thing is deceptive. Why include three separate photos of scratches that were minor but not a photo of scratches that are visible and obvious? And then deny me twice instead of acknowledge and make some small gesture of goodwill? I won’t be using Carvana again.

Got 24 Jeep Wrangler with 9k miles. Had to inspect it in the dark because that’s when they delivered it. In the light, it was clear that 1) the previous owner sold the manufacturer tires and 2) replaced them with low quality, used, bald tires. The replacements were unevenly worn because the car they came from needed alignment. $1,300 to replace bald tires on a vehicle with 9,000 miles. Does that sound right to you? No warranty coverage, paid all out of pocket. Merry Christmas I guess.

DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA!! they do not run any types of tests on the cars they are selling! I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee and i immediately had to take it into the shop the next day with the check engine light on and the car needed over $35,000 worth of work. 2 new wiring harnesses. Breaks and rotators and the axels needed replaced. The radio is broken, and there are multiple leaks. That’s just a few things that are wrong. Once I told them the work is over double then what the jeep is worth they would not get me into a different car because the week test drive was up. But the entire time it had been sitting in the shop and there warranty company silver rock told me to leave it there. I argued for 3 months about it getting fixed and they would not help me out with a rental without paying out of pocket and then “maybe seeing if we can reimburse you”. The jeep was there for so long it ran out the warranty so when I finally got it back and the check engine light came right back on, they would not do anything for me. They sell lemons and there after market warrently costumer services are absolutely awful

Gave one star because I had to put something! THIS PLACE WILL BAMBOOZLE YOU OUT OF YOUR money. Got my car on a Thursday, first trip to the shop was the following Tuesday, then after finally getting the car back after 2 weeks, still wasn’t running right. THEN it started overheating, and now I’m being told it’s a blown engine. I’ve drove this car 500 miles or less, warranty milked the repair the 1st time so I would be out of my 7 day guarantee. That’s why they offer that, the cars don’t last much longer than that apparently. Crooks! Don’t do business with this place! They are selling lemons!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place will charge 4,000 over kbb prices for cars that "have passed there safety inspection" yet come to you with bad breaks, wore out tires with no tread, they will give you the run around on absolutely everything.
