We just bought a car through them. They were open and transparent with us not just about the process as a whole, but also about the car itself. They fixed everything before they sold it. And they even secured us a better interest rate the what our original lender was gonna give us. Definitely recommend giving these guys a shot if your looking to buy a used car.

I purchased my vehicle here about a year and a half ago. The sales staff were friendly and helped move the process along quickly, which I appreciated. However, I was upsold a warranty without being clearly shown pricing options without it—they framed it as being in my best interest. I take responsibility for not questioning it more at the time, but I did end up canceling it about a month later and received most of my money back. That said, it took about 2–3 months for the refund to be applied to my loan, and I was told the delay was due to an employee leaving, which didn’t feel very reassuring. My main issue is with the condition of the vehicle. At the time of purchase, it looked great to me. But after just a few months—once winter hit—the paint on the fenders began to chip, revealing significant rust underneath. It now appears the rust had been covered with a quick paint fix prior to the sale. The fenders are now completely rusted out and need replacement. I understand that with a used vehicle, especially for its age and price, perfection isn’t realistic. However, I did not expect this level of deterioration so soon after purchase. At this point, the cost of repairs—combined with what I’ve already spent—has exceeded the value of the vehicle, which is extremely frustrating.
