I called Fabio using the BUC phone number, and we easily set up a time that would work. I had to get another license for the car, rescheduling was straightforward, we agreed on a date and time. When it came time for the car to get picked up, he let me know his ETA, and it took less than 20 minutes to get it out of my driveway. The only time we discussed the price was on the initial phone call, where he quoted “around $310” for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. After he picked my car up, he asked me how much he had quoted me, and I had said “$300” as I was too timid to add the 10 I suppose. But, he came ready with a screwdriver after I asked if I could get help removing the license plate, so I didn’t mind. Great experience, great customer service, my thanks to BUC for making this process so easy and quick.

I highly recommend Butt Ugly Cars! I called and it was sold in less than 24 hours. I am so happy with how smoothly things went. Fabio was great and the process went by faster than I expected. He was very professional and efficient. I am so grateful that they tow for free in the area! I was worried my car wouldn't be able to get onto the tow truck, but he knew what he was doing so even that went a lot more quickly than I had hoped. I got a cash amount that I'm really happy with, within the range that I was given on the phone the day before—which I will mention is the exact same range that I was quoted three months ago, so that says something good about them, too.
