I wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but I can not. Purchasing a vehicle here was a horrifying experience and I will break down all things WRONG with this place and all things okay. 1. They did get me in the vehicle make and model that I wanted. ✅ 2. They were kind and car was cleaned and detailed well when I got it. ✅ 3. ❌They up charged me $3,000 extra because of their writers “mistake” they were perfectly fine with the me paying almost $18,000 for a vehicle that costed $10,950 on the lot. It was caught by Capital One, they had to have me come back to the site to resign the agreement. Jose acted really suspicious that they were caught and aggressively pulled my original copies of their falsified upcharged purchase agreement.❌ 4. ❌The salesman was super pushy and did not listen at all when I told him that I have a Co-Signer and a loan approved with my personal bank. He then ran 5 Hard inquiries from various lenders until my poor credit was approved with a 25% APR. ❌ 5. ❌the engine and framework were in terrible condition, not inspected properly and different tires on from when I originally looked at the vehicle.❌ - ❌The engine had a faulty throttle and almost caused myself and others to get into a crash on 131 when my van dropped from 70mph to 30mph in a matter of seconds. I could have died due to their negligence and corrupt mindset behavior of getting poorly functioning vehicles off the lot. ❌ - ❌The vehicle had a near to dead battery that needed to be replaced in the first week. Their brilliant mechanics thought that the stereo needed to be replaced because it was not working, when it was just the battery. I put in a new battery and the stereo started working perfectly, they ordered me a new one so I allowed them to replace it anyway. ❌ -❌ The control arms, suspension, CV Joints and alignment were bad, which is adding an additional $1,500 to my purchase. (I should of had someone with experience to look at the framework, that was my fault and rookie mistake) -❌Take a picture of the wheels when viewing it initially, when I received my vehicle the tires were bald, had incorrect psi on each tire, and had three different brands of manufacturers .❌ -❌The warranty is $3000 dollars, which covers fixing the engine, which is needed after you almost die driving on the highwa. So plan on spending much more than the lot price.❌ -❌ This place did not perform a tune-up on the engine prior to selling.❌ 6. This place is shady, and is a great example of terrible and corrupt automotive salesman. Please avoid at all cost I wanted to like these guys, but they can go to ħëłł.
