Josh was excellent to work with!! I just bought a car from him today. I went to a total of 7 other dealerships. Even though other places also had some cars I was interested in, after meeting Josh and his very professional, welcoming, and zero pressure demeanor I knew I wanted to buy from him. Zero pressure, zero sales tactics, zero bs! I would 100% buy more vehicles from him in the future. This is a very good spot to check out if you’re in the market for a used vehicle.

The new owner Eric is and awesome guy I bought a van from here on a Thursday and on Friday morning the check engine light came on I went to the shop and Eric and LJ told me not to worry they would take care of me well today was that day and the repair was $1000 they could have told me sorry you bought a as is car and really screwed me but they didn’t they took care of the entire bill and now they have a customer for life thanks so much guys you are one of a kind I appreciate you so much ! The wife and I had actually ran to a different dealer on Tuesday the 4th hoping to find a vehicle to replace my recently totalled truck. After testing a few, we decided we wanted to look elsewhere. It started with a small search and Tom's was only 6 minutes away and had a vehicle we were interested in. After heading to Tom's we were greeted by Josh, who was a wonderful salesman. We gave him the rundown and got on our way to testing out the Santa Fe we had seen. We loved the vehicle and mentioned only 1 thing we interested in getting looked at and that was a small fray in the rear arm. We have a 4 year old and I know he'd be grabbing at it. He said it must have been something they missed and would get it looked at as well as the backup camera, which I had no issues working, but they said it was going out intermittently and they don't sell vehicles like that. We came back the next day, fully prepared to buy even with minor issues. When we showed up, to my surprise, the fraying was completely fixed and looked great. Not only was Josh a man of his word, but the overall experience left us feeling like we mattered, not just another sale. I highly recommend this dealer as all the people came across as friendly and not pushy.

Josh sold us a lemon. Drove off in a van, less than a month later the engine was dead. Thank goodness we had the warranty plan he sold us, which he strongly encouraged. I wonder why? The engine was replaced by the warranty, but we were out a vehicle for 6 weeks during the repair. It just doesn't sit right. I can't help but think dude is able to sleep at night because he sells lemons with a warranty so it won't be as much of an inconvenience. Called him back one last time to ask him to fix the visor that was also broken when we bought it. He got snotty with me and said, "That's not how that works." Shop somewhere else.
