Niewiek Auto Sales

I recently had a coolant leak, and Niewiek Auto did an incredible job getting it fixed. I was dealing with a really difficult time financially and they were unbelievably caring and understanding throughout the whole process. They didn’t just treat me like another customer—they really tried to help. They diagnosed the issue right away, clearly explained what needed to be done, and even discovered a broken engine mount, which they repaired immediately. My car hasn’t driven this smoothly in years. Everyone there was friendly, honest, and genuinely compassionate. Their kindness meant just as much to me as the repair itself. I’m beyond grateful for what they did, and I truly can’t recommend Niewiek Auto enough.

Joe was super straightforward and easy too work with. I called him the week of Christmas and made arrangements to meet him as he was the only staff working that week. Easy to communicate with via text. He generously attended to some details on the Saab 9-7x I bought from him that were a little quirky when I picked it up. Great experience and I got a really fun quality vehicle for a great price. Would definitely buy from him again.

I've purchased a new WRX from the Subaru dealership before, and now I've had the chance to buy a great used one from Niewiek. I'll be coming back to Niewiek for my next car, I had a great first experience there recently. I had a great experience with Joe, as others have said, but I'll point out here that I had a great experience with everyone there! Full disclosure, the morning after I bought the car, I had a small issue with it. It ended up being an injector (not a huge deal but still), and let me tell you Joe took care of it, no questions, no nothing. This guy even took texts from me on a holiday weekend, no joke! I had to wait a sec for the part to come in, but again, no biggy. Also, I hit a pothole (my problem, obviously) and had a wheel bearing start to make some noise. I get it, it's the Michigan road tax, lol. Having said that, I asked Joe about having the work done there and he gave me an amazing price on a wheel bearing, installed, so I just asked him to do it at the same time as the injector. I'm telling this, because when a small issue occured, it really gave them an opportunity to show me who they were, and I saw it, make no mistake about that. Thanks fellas, Joe, Mike, Bob, I'll be back for the next one.

I bought a subaru from them, easy process and no hassle. Honest about their cars and work

I like buying used cars but cannot say I like the process of buying used cars. In need of a car, and deciding on Subaru’s I came across Niewiek Auto Sales. Popped in on a Saturday morning, met Joe. Gave him parameters of what I was looking for. He set me up for test drives on a few different models he had in Inventory. However, never got past the first test drive of a 2022 Outback Wilderness. After the test drive I knew it was the car I was looking for. Joe had picked it up at auction, it had been in an accident. After touring his shop I was confidant of their work. I had no doubts the car was complete and returned to specification. After the purchase there were a few small concerns I had that he took care of quickly and beyond. They know Subaru’s. Great resource, great value!
