I had a very positive experience with this dealership. Jake and David were kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. What I appreciated most was how helpful and accommodating they were—they even brought the vehicle to my home so I could see it because I didn’t have transportation at the time. Jake also printed out directions for my drive home since my phone battery was running low, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Hello! I wanted to give a review on my personal experience at Paris Motors. This was my first experience purchasing from a dealership and I was very anxious. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Levi and Jake! They answered all of my questions clearly and were very patient with me and offered a fair trade in value for my old vehicle. I can say in total confidence that if you are looking for honest people and an affordable used vehicle this is the place to go. I'm so happy I chose Paris Motors to assist me in finding a safe and reliable vehicle for my family and I. Thank you Paris Motors!!!

My husband and I are new to Michigan. We had no idea where to go look for a used reliable vehicle. I had two people who informed me to try Paris Motors. Funny thing is the Lyft guy who took us there told us to try there as well. THEY WERE ALL RIGHT!! Very helpful, respectful, and understanding people. You can feel the family oriented vibe they had there. We were so proud to be driving away with our Jeep. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a reliable used vehicle.

Came here in August looking for my first car. Shopped around southwest Michigan but found here had the best, and most fair prices for what is offered. Gannon was very helpful and honest about the cars and ended up getting a Honda off the lot. While the car has faced average wear and tear issues, it’s held up well and was a great purchase! **EXPOSING TIME!!!** FRAUD!! This place spray paints the undercarriage of EVERY car black that has SEVERE RUST to hide damage worth thousands of dollars on cars VERY unsafe to drive. They are HUNGRY for your money and will put your safety at risk!! I’ll explain: I saw a listing on their website for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. I previously had an older Toyota before and it was very reliable. My husband and I live up north so my main concern was underbody oxidation from rust. I called Paris Motors to inquire about the vehicle before I took a day off of work to come down 2 and a half hours to see it. My main question (and I made this clear) over the phone, was asking about the condition of the underbody rusting. Jake the owner, his response was “we’ve had that truck already lifted in the air, I’ve seen it myself and there is very minimal rusting, we are very confident in this truck!” I asked him to send me a video of the undercarriage and he briefly did, but you couldn’t really see anything. So I was very excited to go and see it. Fast forward, my husband and I get there the very next day on site, we test drive it and it drove great, but as we park somewhere, we briefly inspect what we can and notice that one of the shocks behind the tire are cracked at the top. When we got back, we called it to Gannon’s (salesman) attention and he did nothing about it. Oh well, we thought a couple minor things like that are fixable, right? So we end up closing the deal. $15k total with taxes and fees. Overall, we were very excited about this truck, considering that they seem very reputable and trustworthy. The very next day, my husband takes it to get an oil change, and while the technician is underneath the truck, he takes some photos of something we were not prepared for. The ENTIRE undercarriage was severely rusted to the point where the gas tank would fall off any minute. The underneath had many thick flakes of rust just falling off to the touch. From the front to where the wheels were, all the way to the back of the truck. Once we realized the ENTIRE underbody had been PAINTED in black, we realized we had been deceived BIG TIME. Mind you, ALL OF THIS was undisclosed information and he reassured me that they had already checked the truck and that there was ONLY minor rusting. After doing some research, I find out that in the state of Michigan, this act is ILLEGAL and it’s considered fraud for undisclosed damage of rust during a vehicle purchase. So, the next day comes and we rapidly schedule an appointment at Toyota of Grand Rapids to get it thoroughly inspected to have proof in writing to what is actually going on. (I will include this information in photos so you can see), but basically the truck is unsafe to drive. After that, I call Jake and speak with him, at this point I was so angry because I felt taken advantage of. I told him what was going on, and basically called me a liar saying “it’s not the rust that’s falling off, it’s the black paint. We do the same thing with ALL of our other cars to “protect” them from rust.” But he knew that I KNEW, that it wasn’t the paint. There were huge, thick flakes of rust just chipping away. And after the inspection, I was told that the entire frame is pulling away from the body of the truck, and that they had tried to weld two metal plates over some huge holes in the support beams to “conceal” the damage, and painted over them. So we take the report back to Paris Motors, along with the truck and demand a refund. I also asked him why they lied to me over the phone, and he said “we use a third party mechanic shop, and it was our fault for not checking the vehicle prior to selling it to you.” Then I look up at the security cameras, and sure enough, I see a camera inside their on-site garage where they have a commercial car lift to do mechanic work, ON SITE, when he told me they used a third party mechanic. What’s even worse is that within one day, that truck is back on their website, listed for sale. These people are WOLVES IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING!! Do not ever buy here!!
