Jeff (the owner) gave me a great deal on a 2003 Escalade. While taking it for a test drive we saw that the A/C wasn‘t blowing cold but he immediately had it sent to a local auto center for a new compressor and recharge. It was quite a trip down to Grand Rapids from Cheboygan but I’m happy I did and would like to get another ride from him sometime ! ^.^

We have gone to the service dept on many occasions for various problems with our vehicles as well as routine maintenance. They have been awesome every single time! Always fairly priced and reasonable. I have referred several friends to the service dept and they have all been extremely satisfied. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to buy a car from them. Eric has always treated us very well and I trust that they would not do us wrong

We got a great deal on a beautiful car and we couldn't be more happy. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Auto Consider because they are friendly, honest, and have fair prices. I will never go anywhere else for another car after shopping here!

I had a problem with my transfer case a few months after purchasing my truck. Took it to a local service shop to have it fixed under warranty. The warranty wouldn't cover it originally because they said it wasn't internal in the transfer case. Called auto consider and they had me bring the truck in so their service department could look at it. They found an issue with the transfer case where it failed and put a tiny hole in the case. Within a few days they had gotten the warranty to cover a new transfer case! Eric and Dennis provided extraordinary customer service and got my truck back on the road! Thanks Auto Consider! Where do I start?! Bought my vehicle October 2021 & didn't even make it home from the dealership. Can't help but feel the whole situation acquiring the car was deliberately set to be end of business day on a Friday. For some reason the plug was missing from the oil pan and there was no oil in the vehicle! Luckily caught it & didn't blow the engine but that was just the beginning of this nightmare. They bragged about buying vehicles at auction in Florida but you know what they clearly didn't do? Check the coolant. How do I know? It was water. It sat 1 winter in their possession so the radiator cracked, obviously had to replace it when it split in half while I was driving. I have had to have extensive work done totalling over $8,250 so far & learned THERE IS NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER on the car-- it's been deleted & straight piped. Quote for replacement is over $3,400. Buying a vehicle from them has ruined me financially. I haven't been able to stop hemorrhaging money with this vehicle for the 3 years I've had it. And it leaks when it rains to the point of being a puddle on my drivers side floorboard which nobody has been able to figure out how to fix. Photos of the first time it rained & I learned of that issue.
