This is where you go to buy a car if you don’t like being forced into buying something. They worked with me on my purchase and Drew is an amazing dealer! Quick replies, helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I never thought I would be driving a Volkswagen. I honestly still cannot believe it’s mine now. But I loved it so much on my test drive. Incredibly happy and satisfied first time buyer of a car! As long as everything goes well with my vehicle, and I want a Volkswagen as my next vehicle, my business will be brought here again! My mom got her Atlas here back when it was Gezon in 2024, so I have high hopes for my Tiguan!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealer. We saw the vehicle on their website and called to check if it was still available. My husband spoke with Devon Smith to schedule an appointment to take it for a test drive. That evening, we received a personal video that Devon shot highlighting some of the key features of the vehicle before our test drive. We thought that was very thoughtful and informative. The following day, we got to meet Devon and take the car for a drive. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. When we decided to make the purchase, the process couldn’t have been easier. Everyone we dealt with was very polite. Should we want another vehicle, we would buy from them again.

My salesman, James, was wonderful, but I will not be back. While I was waiting in the showroom, after purchasing my vehicle, I overheard a more seasoned saleman training a young saleswoman on slimy sales techniques. Then, the company never returned excess money from over-estimating my service package/registration price. If they over-estimate, they are supposed to return any overpayment to the customer, but instead they keep it, and the Finance manager has not returned my calls about this. I will not be going back to purchase another vehicle there and will forgo my lifetime of free oil changes as I do not trust them. Instead, I have switched to Betten Imports who seem to maintain top-tier, ethical, services and practices.
