Tom Discount Auto

Best experience the whole process was smooth n super easy.. seen the car i had to have got a great deal drove away in less then a hours. I will definitely buy here again..

I purchased a car today after a long, discouraging search filled with denials—until I came across this dealership by chance. From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. Mike greeted us with genuine respect and outstanding hospitality—I’d give 1,000 stars for that alone. We were then helped by Chris, who let us browse and test drive with zero pressure. He was honest, polite, and explained everything clearly. Tom handled the financing. It took some time, but he was patient and even resolved a small key issue at no extra cost so I could leave with my vehicle—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it meant a lot. Carson, Chris’s son, was also there—sweet, attentive, and clearly learning the ropes. He made a great impression. I can’t thank the team enough for making this such a positive, stress-free experience and getting me back on the road. They even offer warranties, which is rare for a smaller dealership. Highly recommend! — Marissa P.

Today….Let me tell ya a story about a man named, ‘Chris’‼️ Cuz it was Only God who did this!… Our car was over heating & all we knew to do, was ask the Good Lord to see us thru🙏🏽 We barely made it to this place on the South side of Flint located @ Lippincot & Center Road is where we went… the engine was smokin & the coolant was bubbling hot. Chris was locking up for the day, when we pulled into his parking lot… He said l’m a mechanic! …took one look & said, ‘l see what your problem is, a hose is unhooked! He replaced the hose & filled the coolant to the top. Chris said it was a blessing we came when we did! All Glory be to GOD & to our new friend, Chris is his name…he got us back rollin again. On the up n up, this is how it went, Chris didn’t even charge us ONE Cent‼️🙌🏽 Help us give a shout out to our new friend Chris…he saved the day & was definitely God sent🙌🏽‼️ #Thankful #Grateful #Blessed #ThankYouGod&ThankYouChris❤️ Need a car? Check him out, he’s a good man! We’ll be back, that’s our plan!

I had been looking for a bigger truck and found one at Tom Discount Auto. The truck was in great shape and was a great price. It went up for sale the night before I called. I called the next morning, a few times, and finally got through. Chris answered and he said he had a lot of people calling on the truck. I asked him if it was still there and he said yes. I said I am on my way and he said, if you are coming, I will not let anyone look at it until you look at it. I got there and it was pretty much what I expected. Chris was very honest and upfront with me. We discussed things and there were a couple things I wanted Chris to look at and we agreed. I gave him a down payment and said I will be back in a week. He messaged me the day before I was coming and said the truck is ready. Chris is a man of his word and I would recommend anyone that wants an honest person to talk to, go to him. Thank you Chris.
