I went back and spoke with Frank and the warranty department, and I was assured everything would be handled. They replaced the transmission and fixed the other issues. They're most crooked as people and business there is if you're smart you'll stay away from fast finance I shut the engine lights off so where they won't come on they do not fix the recalls that they should so when you buy the vehicle and right when you drive it off the lot you are screwed the interest rates will go up the insurance thing they got is a freaking scam they do it so you can't afford the vehicle or the payment so they can repo the vehicle and resell it again and you lose all the money you put into it they only pick people they can do this too they said it builds your credit up now it doesn't build your credit up a lot of times they don't report it to the credit bureaus and when you buy a car or finance a car you should get a copy of the title but they don't give you that by law they should because they don't is because all their vehicles have out of state titles the states that have disasters floods and that how many people with a five-star reviews still have their cars and do they have good credit reports from fast fast finance lol they only respond to the five star reviews they won't respond to the lower ones I wonder why that is Don't buy a car that's over 8 years old from them or you will really have problems with it and they will not fix them

My sells guy was great. But I got sick ran into some financial problems got behind on my car not it came up to 1000 dollars and I hit them up to make a payment on my standard amount on my car note and pay every week until it get up to current. They tell me no they want me to pay 800 dollars because the car is up for repo. Mind u it’s not in there procession. Still and then they turn my online payment off. Then they tell me they did that because my car is up for repo. They are horrible when it comes to making payments they they said that I can’t make partial payments. So I said show me on my contract where it says that. Then the lady tells me it’s going to take. 24 hours for that to be sent over to me and mind u I have my contract in hand and doesn’t say anything like that. Horrible customer service
