Chris is a great honest dealership owner. He sold me my first car. We called beforehand and told him we saw a car we liked and wanted to test drive. When we arrived he had the car warmed up and running, ready to go. We entered the dealership and he was ready to get us on the road. The car was spotless and ran smooth. The car had fresh oil, fresh detailing, and new tires. He was incredibly patient with my wife and I, he worked with us every step of the way. He provided great information about the car, value, and other useful information for ownership. He’s a great guy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a vehicle. I’m so happy to have bought my first car from him. He made my experience awesome, he was very kind and funny. And on top of that, I don’t think I would’ve found a car for a better price anywhere else. He offered me discounts and took off a significant amount off my vehicle. Which made it possible for me to walk away with my first car at 19. Best prices, best customer service, best cars.
My wife and I needed a car desperately After our power steering had went out and couldn’t even move the wheel what so ever. When we had found Chris, he was very kind, dependable, trustworthy, and helpful. Chris had answers for all of our questions immediately and had proof for everything. The car was in amazing shape, highly detailed, and he was willing to work with whatever we needed. I highly recommend if anyone needs a car that works for you and your budget go to Seeko’s and work with Chris.
My dad and I only had 2 days to find a car before the Winter struck. We stumbled upon Chris, who was the most genuine, honest care salesmen we’ve ever met. He answered all of our questions fully and had CARFAX history report on hand. Most of the other places we went to had dry salesmen who seemed like they saw us as just a walking dollar sign. At the end of the day, we were blessed to find a great deal! Highly recommend and you will be grateful you gave Seeko a shot!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel my experience with Seeko Auto should be shared so other buyers know what to expect. I originally found a 2007 Honda Ridgeline listed online for $7,000. Since I live across the state, my wife and I drove several hours to look at it. When we arrived, the truck wasn't even finished being prepared for viewing. The interior seats were still soaking wet from whatever cleaning products had just been used, and while looking over the truck, we discovered the tailgate didn't open. This was never disclosed in the online listing. During our roughly 15-minute test drive, both the check engine light and VSA warning light came on. It left me wondering whether the codes had been cleared before we arrived because the lights didn't appear until we were already driving. I can't say for certain, but it certainly raised concerns. When it came time to discuss pricing, the truck had an $8,000 sticker on it even though it was advertised online for $7,000. After pointing out the online listing, they honored the advertised price. Unfortunately, the buying experience went downhill from there. I was presented with an additional $250 dealership fee that was described as covering "title transfer and underwriting." The title transfer was already listed as a separate charge, and I never received a clear explanation for what the underwriting portion actually covered. When I questioned the fee, I was told I was "giving them a hard time over $250." I then offered to pay by card, and they mentioned there would be an additional processing fee. I said I would simply go to the bank down the road and pay another way. Suddenly, the mysterious $250 dealership fee disappeared entirely. That didn't inspire much confidence in how the pricing was being handled. When I attempted to pay with my debit card, my bank flagged the purchase because of the amount. I explained that I simply needed to call my bank to authorize the transaction. Instead of waiting a few minutes, the salesperson asked me to leave his office so he could work with another customer who had just arrived. After clearing everything up with my bank, I waited about 15 minutes before we could finally finish the paperwork. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end after I drove off the lot. The ABS and VSA systems began acting up almost immediately during the drive home. I had to recalibrate the steering angle sensor to make the truck safe to drive. Since then, I've also had to repair the non-functioning tailgate and replace a seized brake caliper. Another issue I discovered after purchase was that the truck was advertised as having working heat and air conditioning. The A/C compressor does not function at all, so the truck has no air conditioning, and the driver's side vents only blow lukewarm air regardless of whether the climate controls are set to heat or A/C. These were additional problems that were not disclosed before the sale. I understand that buying a used vehicle means there may be repairs, and I wasn't expecting a perfect 19-year-old truck. However, I do expect important mechanical and functional issues to be disclosed honestly, along with transparent pricing and respectful customer service. My experience left me feeling that transparency took a back seat to making the sale. Between the undisclosed mechanical issues, questionable fees, and poor customer service, this was not a dealership I would feel comfortable recommending. I hope this review helps future buyers ask plenty of questions, inspect every feature thoroughly, and have any warning lights or advertised equipment verified before purchasing.
With my husband, we were excited to find a truck that we loved and we were willing to travel in the middle of the week to go see the truck and purchase it. Because we’re using a loan our bank told us to get all the paperwork done and they would send the money to the dealer which it would take 2-3 days. And again we were willing to stay in Michigan for three days until the transaction was finished, pick up the truck and be on our way back to town. We were planning on going to see the truck today 4/9 but we couldn’t travel, so we planned to go next Tuesday 4/14 and stay for a few days to be able to come back home with a new vehicle. After explaining this to them, they stopped answering texts and my husband decided to give them a call… Sam and Chris gave him such an attitude for not being able to be there today, Sam said that all of this was too complicated, that this vehicle was not for us, that he was wasting his time and was very rude with the whole situation, absolutely unprofessional. I have never heard someone being so rude when trying to make business with them. My husband proceeded to call Chris with the hopes to have a better answer and his attitude was exactly the same, rude, disrespectful and trying to rush the whole purchasing process. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to deal with these people. I literally switch all my days at work to travel from Virginia to Michigan to purchase the truck and as soon as I heard them talk on the phone with my husband and show that they only care about getting the money as soon as you walk through their doors and no customer service I said “HELL NO” I’m no traveling all the way there for them to give us an attitude and make this whole thing an awful experience that I would regret my entire life.
