Will and Nikki was my sales person. I had a very great experience with Will and Nikki. They both keep the conversation going in a good way . I was fresh off of work doing 10 hours. He kept me occupied and kept checking on me, making sure everything was fine. He was determined to get me in a car by. The energy was Great. It was just genuinely niceness, pleasant and very friendly. My last experience a couple years ago with Lasco Grand Blanc was not very good. But they changed my whole outlook of Lasco‘s. I would highly recommend them to to my friends and family. I was the first person who Will sold a car to and he did a wonderful job.
I purchased a 2018 Land Rover 3 days ago there. The car started making noises as soon as I got on the freeway. They offer a very limited 3 month warranty. I took it into a repair shop today to get a list of repairs needed. The dealership told me they did a full safety inspection prior. I feel lied to and tricked. The warranty won’t cover any of these repairs.
Wors service ever. They don't fell responsible for a car under warranty. This should be a good joke. Good luck guys
