We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! Very professional...friendly and they offer the lowest price around within 150 miles! We just purchased our second car from them within the last 7 yrs and both experiences were great! We just purchased our very first brand new car but also our first brand new Subaru cross trek and wow so modern and not too difficult to navigate the neat things it has on it! Its a very sturdy car and the lease process was smooth once all the other lender things were dealt with. We highly recommend Al Serra and highly pleased with our new customer care guy and salesman Lance 😊 happy car hunting!

Always wanted a Dodge Durango, traded in a Malibu that I still Owed more money on than it was worth but the miracle man Jason Fleury made me one happy customer! Jason is by far the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with and I recommend anyone to see him. Thank you Jason for making my dream become reality!

Just drove home our “new” to us 2018 gmc Acadia Denali and we are so pleased with our experience yet again with Al Serra. This will be at least my 4th experience purchasing a car at this lot and every time the car, service and sales team has been stellar. Not to mention Christ Bauer is hands down the most patient and knowledgeable salesmen, he doesn’t push cars he wants to sell, gave us great advice on what’s practical in our situation for my family. I couldn’t be more happier thanks again.

Update on my review; Had another amazing experience with Al Serra. Had an issue with the car I purchased recently within purchase date, not a major issue, one tire wasn’t reading and alignment seemed slightly off. spoke with Josh and explained what was going on and I simply requested a courtesy reading/diagnostic on my car and told them I understood I bought the car as is. He saw me immediately, determined 2 tire sensors and an alignment was needed. They were able to take care of everything same day and told me they’d take care of me. Before purchasing this car, I dealt with $8k worth of repairs over last summer on my last car and felt a bit defeated. Josh made sure everything was taken care of as courtesy. From both experiences, I’ll be using their service center from now on for vehicle repairs and you bet my next car purchase will be from here again!! Original review; Had such a great experience with Adam Harvey! Got me through the process quickly. He responded through texts throughout the day while I was at work which made communication a lot easier! Was definitely helpful and extremely honest about the vehicles I was looking at. Rolled in a few last minute deals which I really appreciated, they were decisions I changed and he easily ran with it. It was the end of the work day Saturday and I didn’t have anyone to drive me to the dealership to pick my new car up. Adam drove to my house after paperwork and picked me up so I could enjoy the full experience of driving my new car off the lot. I’m a good 15 minutes from the dealership and you have to drive through the entire downtown area. He’s so nice and friendly. I love my new car, runs and drives great and it was well within my budget. Exceptional service. Didn’t feel pressured. The car was beautifully detailed, came with a full tank of gas, nice tires, just immaculate. Thank you for such an awesome experience Adam!!

Review for JJ Chatmon at All Serra Auto Plaza I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 from All Serra Auto Plaza in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and unfortunately, my experience with JJ Chatmon was disappointing. From the outset, JJ showed a lack of enthusiasm and effort in the sales process. He was inflexible during negotiations, and each time I had a question, he had to consult a manager, leading to long waits of 10–15 minutes. After the purchase, reaching out for further information or documentation was met with silence—calls and messages went unanswered. While the vehicle itself has been trouble-free, I believe the positive experience is more a reflection of the dealership than of JJ’s service. Overall, I cannot recommend JJ Chatmon as a salesperson. I hope this feedback helps others make more informed decisions.
