Absolutely disappointed with this dealership. I dealt with David, and the information I received about the vehicle’s condition did not match what I found when I arrived. It was obvious the vehicle had issues that were never mentioned, making the trip a complete waste of my time and fuel. I understand used vehicles aren’t perfect, but customers deserve honest and accurate information before driving to look at one. Transparency goes a long way, and that wasn’t my experience here. Based on how this was handled, I won’t be doing business with this dealership again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone expecting straightforward communication.
