I had an absolutely amazing experience with Applegate Chevy in Flint, Michigan, and I can't say enough good things about the entire team. From the very beginning, Megan was incredible. She handled all of my phone calls and questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but she took the time to ease my worries, explain everything, and make me feel confident in my decisions. Honestly, if it hadn't been for Megan, I'm not sure I would have been ready to move forward when I did. While Charles was on vacation, Derek stepped in and helped me tremendously. He was knowledgeable. He made sure my questions were answered when I picked up the vehicle. I truly appreciated his willingness to help. Rick, the finance manager, made the paperwork process unbelievably easy. He secured me a great interest rate, had everything prepared ahead of time, and clearly explained all of my options without any pressure. The finance portion of buying a vehicle is usually the part most people dread, but Rick made it simple and stress-free. A huge thank you to Dan, the sales manager, who gave me an excellent value for my trade-in. His fairness and willingness to work with me made a big difference. Can’t say enough good things about Anthony at Applegate Chevrolet. He’s the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with, period. I asked for pricing over the phone, and he did exactly what he said he’d do — the number he quoted was the number, no surprises and no runaround once I showed up. If you’ve ever dealt with the typical dealership games — the vague pricing, the “just come in and we’ll talk,” the pressure once they’ve got you on the lot — working with Anthony is the opposite of all that. Straightforward, honest, and genuinely easy from start to finish. He made buying a car simple, which is not something I ever expected to say. I’ll be coming back for that reason alone. If you’re in the market for a Chevy, do yourself a favor and ask for Anthony.

Came in with my dad and almost immediately got asked if we were lost, which was definitely an interesting way to welcome somebody to a business lol. Then once we got inside, there was a dog growling, barking, and coming toward us enough that we decided we were good and left. Apparently the response is that the person asking if we was lost was a “stranger” and the dog is “still a puppy.” Okay…? puppy or not, a dog growling and charging at people is still going to make people uncomfortable. We didn’t feel welcomed or safe, so we left. That was the experience.
