Alex was the best!! I called and went off on him and his co-worker ant and i was still able to get my car the same day with no problems, in and out and quick 10/10 service!!

My husband and I really liked our salesman Adam, he did not know the Company he worked for spray painted our 2021 fonte Kia after a year and a half we strated to see the paint coming off and rust showing over 21k for this vehicle I just don't know why Twins Auto who are not suffering financially reap us off! It's brakes my heart that they decieved us and we try to get them to fix the problem but they want us to pay for the rust and the car had water damage if you go to them take a reliable mechanic you can trust because you won't be able to trust twin auto they hurt me and they don't care about people who just trying to buy something nice (car) !!!!!!!! The only reason they received 2 stars is because of Adam being so kind.

I financed a car with them before my birthday as a gift to myself .. this being my first time going to a dealer and Alex smooth talking , I winded up getting the car. I wasn’t aware that the car had been in an accident . Don’t let them run your credit through their companies .. go through your credit union !! No matter what they say. And check that carfax , because all cars look good when they’re trying to sell them . They sells man isn’t looking out for your best interest just their cut 🫵🏾 I had to give all my savings to get out that note but it was a lesson learned. Take it from me

I went here to look at a 2013 Dodge Charger AWD for my son's first car. They have it listed at an above 'great condition' price, so naturally, I expected the car to actually be in great condition. The sales team even assured me the vehicle was in 'great shape' with 'absolutely nothing wrong with it.' Thankfully, I paid out of my own pocket for an independent pre-purchase inspection at a reputable local shop. The mechanic found over $2,200 in necessary mechanical repairs alone just to fix active oil and transmission fluid leaks. That $2,200 estimate didn't even include the cost to fix the peeling clear coat on the header or the bubbling window tint! When I brought the professional, written estimate back to the dealer, they completely dismissed it. They claimed the repairs were 'overpriced,' said it was $500 in work tops, and bragged they could get it done cheaper. The kicker? They never actually offered to fix the car themselves. Instead, they refused to budge on their premium price to make up for the thousands of dollars in mechanical and cosmetic issues. To top it all off, after refusing to fix anything or negotiate the price, ($500 off would of wanted that of if it had no issues) they actually asked if I wanted to leave a deposit! They completely wasted my time and the money I spent on the inspection. Do not take their word on the condition of their vehicles. ALWAYS get an independent inspection before you buy anything from this lot. Guess I'll wait a few week and see if they come back to earth and willing to negotiate or repair.
