I’m starting a new job not long ago and needed to get a reliable vehicle. A friend of mine actually purchased a car here last year, so she recommended I go to Auto Outlet. It was a very pleasant experience. They had both trucks and cars, and a good variety of them. I went with a Ford Focus and it’s been perfect for me. I have had the car for about four months now, and have had zero issues at all. It’s been very reliable and I appreciate the honesty of the guys working there. When I bought it, it didn’t even look like a used car. The inside and outside were immaculate. I plan to have this car for a long time and I’m glad I choose this establishment to take my business to. It had taken me a while to write review due to covid, but I wanted to make sure I found time to go on their site to give them a review because they really deserve it.

My son needed a reliable SUV and we came here to look at a Trailblazer that we ended up purchasing. We worked with Chris and our experience was very good. A few weeks later, the truck needed a water pump and some other work that added up to $300 in repairs, and Chris was kind enough to contribute $100 towards the cost of the repair. The truck was purchased as-is and he did not have to do anything, but was kind enough to do so. I was impressed with his gesture and with my experience. It’s very challenging buying a used car because you don’t know if you are being taken advantage of and getting a bad deal after giving up your hard earned money. I would recommend giving them a try.

Start to finish, friendly, honest customer service. Wasn't pushy, and the warranty is much better than most used lots. Can't complain, wife loves her new GMC, it does need a few things, but after all it's 13 years old. Chris and the guys here did a damn fine job of taking care of the major things before selling. Truck we got is overall in beautiful shape. We'll keep tabs on these guys for the future, and n about 3 months, we'll update on our truck

Taking my son to buy his first car. This place advertises a Saturn in our price range so we go to check it out on this unseasonably cold spring day. We locate the car and I notice the guy looking at us so I wave for him to come out. He walks over and says "What!" Oh my. "What? That was rude. We wanted to see this car but that was rude." He just stood there looking at me. I was kinda expecting him to fix his response. He didn't bother. " We trying to spend some money and that's how you address a potential customer?" He says, "You out here waving like a crazy person!" Huh? Crazy person??..."Can we test drive this car?" He goes inside to get the key then gets in the driver's seat; my son gets in the passenger seat (???) they drive off. I go inside and the dyde inside says, That's you out there yelling like a crazy person?" "So all y'all just rude here, huh?" Then we proceeded to go back and forth. Needless to say, they came back and I asked the man if my son would get to drive and he said no because there was something wrong with the car. Son said it wouldn't go over 30mph and it started to shake. So, not only are they rude but they post bogus advertisements just to get people in the lot. Told me to leave because he had a customer. WOW.

This place has to be the the worst and most unprofessional used car dealership around. They don't answer their phone, they don't call you back and the only way you can communicate is through texting. You set up an appointment, they later tell you they're leaving early and no apology. I guess when this faulty business appears to be a front for something else, I guess they don't care if they sell a car or not. If I ever make it there I'll ask Abdullah to sell me a magic lamp and one of my wishes will be to make this place disappear.
