My credit wasn't in the best shape, and I honestly wasn't sure I'd get approved, but the team treated me with respect and worked hard to find a financing option that fit my situation. They got me into the perfect car without making me feel pressured or judged. The whole process was smooth, and they answered all my questions along the way. If you're rebuilding your credit or think you don't have many options, I'd definitely recommend giving them a chance. I walked in after a long day at work tired 😩 of catching a Lyft and Uber and drove out..... A few dollars down and now I'm not walking around!!! I so grateful. I took my sister a couple days later and she got a better car than me!!! Stop by and see Steven he will definitely get you together!!

Steven, Freddy, and Ivan was such great help thank you so much guys for giving me a lemon. I love how I brought my car back to you guys after having it for less than 2 weeks with a check engine light and a crappy patch job on the muffler only for yall to tell me that I have to come out of even more money to get this car that I literally just got from you guys. NEVER AGAIN!!! If you shop with them just make sure you have a mechanic with you to check the ENTIRE car out otherwise they will mess you COMPLETELY OVER!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and began experiencing problems almost immediately. When I returned seeking assistance, I was told there was “nothing” they could do and that they didn’t know what to tell me. When I requested to speak with the owner, I was informed that the owner was in Florida and does not speak with customers. As a customer, I found this response completely unacceptable. A reputable dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and at minimum be willing to address customer concerns professionally. Instead, I was left without answers, without assistance, and without access to management. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to do extensive research and obtain an independent inspection before signing any paperwork. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
