Carmen's Auto Group

Melvin C. Cox is an Excellent Sales Representative. Worked with Me so Smooth and A Caring Person. Above and Beyond. A+++

I came up here on 5/7/2025 to look for a vehicle. After going to multiple car lots this was a spur of the moment decision to stop by and have a look. All I can say is the initial greeting from Anthony(Tony), the experience was awesome!!! When I say I just love my new truck(Nissan rogue). He worked with me, was very knowledgeable and sincere with my purchase. The staff were very nice, intelligent, helpful and honest during the process. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!! Kudos to them and this is my honest review. What are you waiting for, come and get your vehicle @ Carmen’s Auto Sales on East 8 mile rd & Keystone. Also, get ready to laugh, joke and be entertained during your purchase process.

They are great. When you need a rundown on your vehicle the guy is very helpful. Nice place to buy a first time vehicle.

I bought a 2014 jeep Cherokee latitude 5/29/26 and by 5/30/26 I had to have it towed back due to it started overheating and blew a hoses off the owner Anthony will tell you whatever to get that down payment like you have a 7 period where you drive the vehicle and report what’s wrong and they will fix it not I’ve took this jeep back in the last 2 month at lease 7 times used all my AAA tows on letting them try to fix it so I took it to 2 other shops and they said the head was gone they had the car from 6/28 to 7/ 10 saying it was fixed took it too another shop the same day the got I got it from them as was told it would be more to fix than it’s worth took it back the same day asking for a different car or my money back the owner Anthony told me since you wanna roll your eyes I’m not helping and walk away leaving stuck with a car the mechanic just told me wasn’t going to last take it back and on the 24 of July it started overheating again even with them having the fan rigged to the battery to try and stop it it’s still running hot and spitting out coolant !! It’s funny cause I’m a returning customer and I never thought this would happen to me but it did and I wouldn’t recommend nobody dealing with them without taking your own mechanic if you fine that is lot is your only resort!!!! Just beware cause they not helping nobody just taking your down payment and putting you in a dangerous situation!!

They only want your money ! They don’t care about you especially when you asking questions about the car your inquiry about don’t shop with them rather you had 300 or 3000 they still won’t let you ask questions about the car you want !!! I never seen nothing like that..the owner got mad for asking about the oil on a vehicle that already had 205,000 miles if I’m trying to putting down on it why can’t I ask questions? Business is business rather you come with all money or short money my g but may god bless yall
