Was looking for a car for my daughter and found one on Marketplace. Reached out about it and got a reply within the hour. Angie and Mel were great! They are responsive, friendly, helpful and connected me with a credit union for financing. My daughter loves her car and I’m thankful for a positive experience. Angie made it seamless.
I had the BEST experience working with Angie! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She made the entire car-buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Angie went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and worked hard to get me approved and driving quickly. Her honesty, patience, and dedication truly stood out. If you’re looking for someone who really looks out for you and makes the experience enjoyable, Angie is the one to see! I highly recommend her and Citi Auto Sales—this is the place to go if you want excellent customer service and a great deal.
I have been without a car for months and was torn between buying something or getting something I deserve. My credit was rebuilding at the time and I was so discouraged that I wouldn’t get a nice vehicle let alone the vehicle I wanted. Angie and Mel was very professional, caring, and precise. They helped me not only get into a vehicle in my credit state with low monthly payment but I got the vehicle I really wanted initially and with no troubles. I’m proud to say I’m part of “Citi Auto family” I will definitely recommend
Angie was very nice , understanding and reasonable. I was able to get a 2020 Dodge Journey. She was very helpful and glad I came to Citi Auto Sales to get my vehicle!!
