My good friend told me to come her that they was very nice to her when she was looking for a car so I don’t know ❤️

I brought my car from Bassett Martha and her husband was nice.when I brought my car home I had a little issue I call back up to the dealership Martha told me to take it to they mechanic it got fix and never had a problem with my vehicle.i also I paid my car off on March the 20th 2026.the buy here pay her was good.i will purchase another vehicle thru them again

If I could give 0 I would. Don’t recommend, fake friendly, anger issues, pretend to give a deal but will take advantage of you. Had I known they were offering false insurance to push people to purchase their vehicles then refuse to turn in the paperwork so that I couldn’t receive my title I would’ve went else where. FRAUD! My car trans is slipping along with other issues. Over charging bad vehicles. Beware 🤷🏽‍♀️

These people are weird, rude, and unprofessional at its finest. I’ve brought from them before & over the last 5 yrs have referred multiple people to them. Before they were nice & easy to converse w. Don’t know if it’s age or the business but they’re very nasty. They greet you as if you don’t have money & tlk nasty. I took their 2017 Nissan rogue for a test drive during test drive I got computer read and a couple codes games back within then engine I didn’t want to deal with paying 12/13k for a car &that so I wanted to test drive the Lincoln mkt she then asked why and said what if the Lincoln have codes then gave me her phone with rob otp they then told me no test drives they’ll just let it run then start asking how much money I got rudely i left later I called to let them know they were rude Martha apologized admitting to being rude because her husband rob was yelling at her otp telling me I can come back and look at Lincoln I told her a later date I had to get my kid came back a day or so later and rob spoke otp through his brother in law telling me I looked at the Nissan and didn’t have any money now you want to look at Lincoln give my bro 5500 in cash right now l had to end the conversation because I can’t pull off your lot with out a down payment you’re asking for so why are you tlkn to me like this secondly the Lincoln was a 1000 cheaper how do you assume I have no money but god don’t bless mess they lost 2 potential buyers my sister and cousin who brought from them before was coming the same day to look for them a car guess what we went somewhere else I’m in a 2020 jeep compass 34k miles

I went to check out a car I want today.... First off the car was advertised with beautiful pictures on facebook and I get there and it was FILTHY.. It cigarettes on the floor, I forgot to get the pic of it. They didnt care to clean.. it was also advertised at 140k miles and it had 150k.. I wanted to test drive I would've bought it on the spot but I HAD to leave a deposit... bad business. The check engine light was on and she claimed it was the sensor. They kept asking me how much $$ before I could even get the feel for the car, ask questions etc. They are not a caring business they just want your money and are going to sell you a LEMON. Money was never the issue but I went out my way tf!!
