I stopped by the Worcester Auto Outlet to check out their inventory and I left with a new car! Santos was very helpful and knowledgeable, while Adrian was patient and efficient with the paperwork. This is the second car I have purchased from Worcester Auto Outlet and I will be back for my next vehicle!

Car was as advertised. I wouldn't go here looking for a perfect car but they have a decent selection of used cars at reasonable prices. The car I was looking to see was at another location instead of the one advertised and it took them forever to figure out who had the keys. Other than that everything went smoothly. The guy they have clean the cars was awesome and got it shining nice. Owner seems like a straight up guy. Seem to stand behind their vehicles. Overall I'm happy so far.

Bought a truck here a month ago. 2 weeks and check engine light is on, 4 hi is blinking, 4 lo won’t engage and tire lights stay on. I’ve reached out for 2 weeks now and the place that’s supposed to fix it for you still won’t reach out. This place seems nice but when you get sold a lemon, they won’t help. 60k miles, no check engine light should be on.

Be aware this dealer: Ridiculous that they do!!! The Worst Dealership in MA! they tricked us other key which is the car shop has to really two keys is legal process! $200 almost! The last ask that I signed papers! That was fine! But they made other reasons let me pick up it three days later! That is still not enough for there has stolen !!! Horrible place! Never seen! They are too greedy for taking advantage of who is getting ready purchase a car there. And when they finally replaced the transmission the mechanics stole things out of my car. Extremely unprofessional I would never recommend this dealer .

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for $9,298 cash, including documentation fees, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Shortly after purchasing the car, I began experiencing issues that I was told would have been resolved before picking the car up. For the past four weeks, the dealership has had my car multiple times for repairs. During this process, I have lost time from work repeatedly bringing the vehicle back and forth, and I have also spent additional money on transportation because I have been without a reliable vehicle. I was told a necessary part would arrive on a Wednesday and that the car would be ready shortly after, but communication has been inconsistent and the entire process has dragged on far longer than expected. Buying a vehicle should not result in a month-long repair process immediately after purchase. While I appreciate that they have “attempted” to fix the problem, the amount of inconvenience, lost wages, and extra expenses this situation has caused is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
