Just bought a Lexus from Hilario with Kenny-and had an amazing experience!! I am an out of state buyer and they made the process very easy, I called on Monday - got the car on Tuesday (washed and detailed) and received my registration in hand on Thursday! I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and good service

For the first time in my life i got a car loan and bought a car from Prime Toyota and it turned out to be a absolute nightmare(Lemon, no communication, liars, and sheer disrespect), so I was so nervous about buying a car from a dealer again. I was desperate for a car, so i made the 68 mile trip out to Worcester and the car was exactly as pictured. It was freshly detailed, in very good shape, and clearly well taken care of. I asked them to check it out on a lift and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The car needed at a minimum of two tires to pass for a sticker. I worked with Jose and he was a absolute pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure, I could completely relate to him and the business they run there. Customer satisfaction is #1. They got me a loan through DCU and the APR rate was super lower compared to Prime's bank. I showed up to take delivery of the car a week later, and I found not 2, but 4 new tires on it! Amazing! Who does that? I took the car and love it. I had one concern about something I wasn't familiar with. They let me take it to a local chevy dealer i work with and had the car checked out (at no cost to me). The chevy dealer assured me that the car was fine, found no codes in the system and nothing wrong with it. (This is my first automatic transmission car) I cant begin to say how happy I am with the buying experience and the car itself. In not expecting to be in the car market for a while, But next time i will come back here. A+ Service

It’s been about 5 months since I’ve gotten my second car from Hilario’s. I had gotten my first car (2014 rav4) from them with no issues! That was my first car and the best car ever. Hilario’s took care of me then and took care of me in June when I got my new car after losing my first car to an accident. Ranfy helped me prepare the paperwork and pick out the best car for me. My car did have a tire sensor issue and my bumper had to be fixed and they repaired both issues free of charge under warranty! 5 months later, my new car runs beautifully. I’ve never had a bad experience with Hilario’s. I recommend them. 10/10!! Thank you guys!

I had a great experience at Hilaro. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I was not treated as women usually are when car shopping (ladies know what I'm talking about). I got a nice used car at a good price. All communication was prompt and limited to essentials- none of the obnoxious pestering that you get at other dealerships. I drove down 2.5 hours from SW VT to buy my car, and would recommend and do again. I highly recommend. And yes, this is a real review - my name above is of my cat.
