These 5 stars are specifically for Jeff in the Toyota service department who went the extra mile to find my keys after a tow truck driver left them in a random drop box at the wrong garage. I'd thought they were gone forever. Great to work with a guy like that who cares about people!

Very nice staff . They helped me with looking at an accident that had happened to me on gold star blvd and they have a nice bathroom and waiting area. The garage was also neat tidy and professional. They are fast and helpful and work well as a team. The lady was nice and easy to talk to up front. They had British og top gear on the tele. And chick fil a delivery! Honest hardworking people

My wife and I went in there just to ask some questions and look around. Before you know it we needed up with a new to us car. The guy we worked with was pretty nice. Everything went through pretty smoothly. We called to pick up the car and they kept telling us it might be a few hours because they needed to go to the registry. Honestly that made us a little nervous. Instead of waiting for them to call we went there to just wait. When we got there we waited about 20 mins and he came in with the plates. After a week or so driving the car the check engine light came on. We brought it back. They repaired and or fixed the three issues that were happening. One was the start/stop battery. Pretty typical. Second the day time running light needed replacing. Then the tires needed to be balanced and aligned once all that was done the light went out. The work was free of course and haven’t had any issues since. I’d say give them a try.

Horrible dealership. Would not suggest them to my worst enemy. Sell you a lemon and make you fight to get your money back. Please do yourself a favor and do not shop local. Try Quirk, Boch or even Werner in New Hampshire. It is a shame when you do not listen to your grandfather and father about a dealership. Please do your research and do not get taken advantage. Maybe it's you next who has to come up with your own money out of your pocket for a work truck so you can make sure your workers can get to work and support their families.
