I don’t often write reviews (good or bad) but after having a wonderful experience at Chris Goodnow Auto Sales, I felt compelled to type something out. This dealership is a shining example of how great a small business can be. Chris Goodnow shatters every negative stereotype of a used-car dealer. He is honest, fair, transparent, and straightforward. I walked out after signing the papers with the keys to my (new to me) Tahoe thinking “Wow, that was awesome!”. How often does that happen? I guess what impressed me most is that Chris Goodnow is the owner / proprietor and he is there every day working and accessible. He follows the principle of doing well by doing good. After I bought my vehicle and signed the papers, there were a couple loose ends that needed to be addressed and he remembered and took care of them. His staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend!

Let me tell you a little story . Im a single mom of two and I needed a car and money was tight this pandemic hasn’t been nice to ALOT of us . However Chris Goodnow saved the day . I went in told Chris what I was looking for and what I needed and what I could afford . Chris took the time to work with me . My credit wasn’t the best but he understood single mom life and I can’t work without a car . He worked with the bank and put his name on the line for me . This is my 4th car with Chris and my sister has bought 3 as well . Nothing but positivity and understanding from him. I got the car I wanted and payments lower then I thought I was going to pay . I love the service center too ! They take the time to explain how The new car works and cleaned it head to toe . I couldn’t give be happier and I would give more stars if I could . Thanks Chris !

Chris was amazing! It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was having trouble finding someone trustworthy but from my first conversation with Chris I knew I could trust him. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He made it less stressful. He made sure the car was safe by even doing some extra servicing work on it before letting me drive it off the parking lot. I couldn’t thank him enough!
