CMA Auto Sales

I purchased my Honda pilot here about a year and a half ago and other than normal wear and tear of buying a used vehicle things have been great! Maria and Julio were very helpful in getting me financed for the vehicle!! They are not just about getting the money in their pockets, they truly help out their customers!! I did not have the greatest of credit and they still got me approved with a super low down payment! I also recently brought my son's girlfriend here to purchase her very first vehicle they were great on the price helped her out from start to finish even lowered the price so that she could get approved for her vehicle and she is extremely happy with it as well! They tell you to go have the vehicle looked at through your own mechanic to check everything out, and if there is a problem, they set up an appointment with their mechanics and fix it for free!!! So obviously some of these reviews didn't do that, and are expecting a brand new vehicle from a used dealership lot 🤦‍♀️ That's the whole reason for getting an inspection done!

I recently just bought my first car from here a 2009 Jeep Wrangler unlimited X and let me just say it is phenomenal!!! Maria and Julio were more than happy to work with me on the price to help me afford the car. I am so in love with this car it was a great buy from a great dealership!!

Trust me when I say stay FAR away from this place. After putting a deposit down, to which Maria, the owners wife, signed “refundable” I was told the title for the vehicle will arrive in a couple days from the auction. After over two weeks of little to no communication from them, ignored calls and texts, I found something better, and decided to go with that. Owner then refused to return my refund which I specifically had Maria sign as “refundable.” Overall awful experience, 0/10, PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Called Tuesday to see if a car I’m interested in was still available. They genuinely didn’t seem sure and were very confused because they have the same model, year and color car in two different trims. They told me we couldn’t just show up, have to call the day before we plan to come so they can get the title from somewhere else… okay. No problem. Called Friday to say we’re coming Saturday. She tells me it’s too late but she’ll try. Wants me to come get the car without a title after paying cash; absolutely not. They said they’d still try to get the title. Now they’re ghosting us and won’t answer the phone. Super sketchy.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CMA AUTO SALES !!DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING!! I bought my first car from CMA auto sales and within 2 weeks I had oils leaks and my engine was breaking ! I contacted them about my one month warranty and they are pushing the date for their mechanic to look at my car so the warranty will expire. 0/5 stars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM CMA AUTO SALES!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
