Went here on Sat Nov 8, 2025 to get a Right-Pass Fender for a 1995 Saturn SL1 and the Metal Bumper Re-enforcement for my 2002 Saturn SL2. I left with multiple other parts (Master Window Switch/Radio/Floor Mats/etc.) that they pulled for me there in the moment or let me pull myself. Very nice selection of Saturn Parts / Saturn Vehicles and or Parts for other cars. Larry and Mark were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back again.

10/10 recommend. They gave me most money for my car. Hanna who answered the phone was great assisting me with towing the truck, and Glouse was very professional, knows how to tow and hookup the vehicle very well

Larry, Owner, is an awesome mechanic who is thoughtful and generous. I more than highly recommend him and his daughter in the office was very friendly. Larry not only sells parts but cars too! After over a year of troubles with my car’s hood hinge plus needing to change the headlight bulb, I had spent a lot of time online looking for the part, left emails with auto parts place that didn’t return my email, drove to every Auto Parts place in my area and they said I would have to buy it from a dealer and the dealer’s price was unaffordable to me and very expensive. (I’m a woman who has been going to mechanics for decades and Larry outshines them all.) One Auto Parts man, Norman, had recommended that I call Larry (said that he was the most honest mechanic he knew). I called Mass Auto Recycling, Worcester, MA, and Larry answered. I told him I needed a hood hinge, told him I was referred, and told him the details. He said “that is dangerous; come to my place right now and I’ll fix it.” I live 40 minutes away, but jumped in my car and arriving at his business, there he was with a smile on his face, walked right over with tool and lubricant and started working on the car. He fixed it in under 10 minutes while he was telling why it failed and named a few cars that have this issue. He continued to check it, had me open and close it, and let me know that it was not a hinge problem but a latch problem. It won’t be long that I will need another car and I will be driving to Worcester to see Larry to buy one. (I also went back to the Auto Parts place to thank Norman and told him what happened.) Two great guys for sure.

Parts are probably fine but dont buy a complete vehicle. They'll clear the codes before you get there so it looks good. I test drove with no light on. Had the vehicle towed and check engine light was on as soon as it was pulled off the truck.

Ok I want to comment on what happened to me today at this place Mass Auto Recycling I bought a part for my Ford BCM car for $175 a Ford dealer installed it my car it didn't work then I put my original one from the car to another mechanic and it worked fine without any problems so I went to return the BCM a young guy about 5.4 tall treated me very badly he told me get out of here with their favorite word f I will not give you money back or store credit I told him why do you have to talk to me like that I am going to do everything possible to recover my $175 that I paid for this used part and I want to report it so the owner knows how his employee treats people since I did not see the older man who I believe is the owner so I called BBB to file a complaint it is not acceptable all this happened today Monday 7/15/2025
