I want to mention this great dealer here, I did not purchase the Honda crv, be because it just wasnt in the car for me but the way he approach the situation, told it how it was, was professional and fun!. he let me check our car will not this are we just fees? Other dealerships are doing he let me do my homework. He just told her how it was and he just is phenomenal neighborhood car dealership, I do periodically look for cars that he has because I would love to buy car because his customer service is great

I bought a pickup truck, and during the test drive it went into limp mode on the highway. A mechanic came out and said the accelerator actuator had come off. They promised to replace it with a new part, but made me wait almost two weeks while giving me the runaround. I even asked them to at least fill up the gas tank for the inconvenience they agreed, but never did. Six months later, the exact same issue happened again. I called them so they could fix it, and they told me they were “fully booked” and couldn’t help. At that point, I didn’t even bother calling back I fixed it myself. It’s clear they likely installed an aftermarket or cheap part to save money. This is bad-faith behavior, plain and simple.
