Bought my Buick Regal here a year ago already! The staff was great to work with and pointed me in the right direction with this vehicle! I did have a minor issue that was no fault of theirs or mine with the car and the owner and mechanics were quick and very kind with fixing the issue and answering any questions I had. Very happy with my purchase and still running great!

Had an excellent experience here. Gary is an awesome guy and was super helpful throughout the process. They inspected the car from front to back before the final sale, and it came with a nice warranty on all major drivetrain components. Really good quality vehicles and couldn’t be happier.

I got a Car from these guys about 2 months now. Larry took care of me. I loved how free I felt when he handed me the keys to test drive at that time there was really no commitment, just let me go with my cousin enough time to check things and test them. We found an issue with the power locks they took cared of it put new parts in came back a week after and finalized .I am from CT so they made the paper work easy gave me a plate and drove about 2 towns over to register. I love my CTS rides smooth. Wasn’t a new car so it did need some minor tune up kinda expected when buying a use car but the guys did their job. I recommend this place even for those in CT. The mass laws when buying used cars is a bit better so it’s worth the drive

Honestly have to say this dealer is very reputable and has great customer service. Bought a 2010 Honda accord about two years ago now and have not had one issue. I just recently bought a 2016 Audi a3 from the same place and have to say not one issue has happened mechanically. After getting the Audi I noticed a bubble in the tire and Barry (the dealer) got it situated very quickly. Now almost two months from that, I noticed a bubble in the same tire and once again it was fixed by the dealer with no issues. This place is amazing at finding hidden gem cars. We are also in the market for another Audi if one happens to pop up!!

I will not repeat business here. I am very disappointed with my purchase. In Nov. 2021, I purchased a vehicle here. It is the 2014 Model year. I thought I was getting a fair deal. In the year and three months since I've owned the car, it did not pass inspection the following year and needed a ball joint replacement (normal wear but disappointing). The tailgate and the fender (rear quarter panel) have since rusted through and need replacing, not repair. Then I was parked and found a large gas leak. Two fuel line ports rusted through completely, making the car unsafe to drive. I had to replace the fuel tank on the vehicle, which was a significant operation. We discovered the whole undercarriage was riddled with rust. The rust is under the paneling that you cannot see unless the car is lifted. The car will not survive a second year of ownership or inspection. The front windshield (window) literally came loose from the vehicle. I had a wind draft coming into the vehicle. The windshield got replaced as well. I replaced the rear brakes, but it needs a complete set of brakes (which would be normal wear); however, in the year and three months, I've owned this vehicle. I've invested $1800 to keep this car on the road. They need to properly qualify their vehicles before selling them to the customer. I HIGHLY suggest you negotiate to bring a car you want to purchase to a well-qualified mechanic. Having a professional inspect it before purchasing from this dealership, as the inspection by this dealership needs to be done better. I will not repeat business here.
