Great place. Good people. I bought a used truck. I found a small problem on a test drive and it was fixed the next day. I had the car two days when the check engine light came on. Corey had it fixed that week. I understand used cars aren't perfect, and everyone at Charles Auto made sure i was taken care of. Id definitely recommend this business.

Dealership review By far the most incompetent and unprofessional dealership experience I’ve ever had. The entire process dragged on endlessly, and communication was almost nonexistent. I had to constantly chase them down for updates while being repeatedly told “it will be ready tomorrow,” which turned into delay after delay. When I was finally told the truck was “all set,” I drove it and immediately realized the driver-side wheel bearing was completely shot — the tire literally felt like it was about to fall off. This is an obvious and dangerous safety issue that any halfway competent mechanic would have caught immediately. What makes it worse is that they claim their garage “thoroughly checks every vehicle” before handing it over to customers, which clearly is either a lie or an incredibly poor excuse for an inspection. After bringing the truck back because it failed inspection for the wheel bearing and ball joints, I was promised a call the next day with an update. Instead, four full days went by with absolutely no communication. I finally had to call them myself on the fourth day just to get any information, and I was told it would be ready around 2:30–3:00 that day. I texted Dave confirming I’d be at Charles Auto at 3pm to pick it up — no response. When I showed up, the dealership doors were locked. I called him and he casually told me he was at their sister dealership and admitted he hadn’t even called to check on the truck since dropping it off at the tire sensor repair shop. Despite confirming a pickup time with me earlier, he clearly knew the truck wasn’t ready and never bothered to reach out and let me know. Instead, he told me to “call the tire shop myself,” which is completely unacceptable considering this is their vehicle sale and their repair. I also asked for a copy of the receipt for the wheel bearing repair. He said it was “no problem” to send, yet of course it was never sent. I followed up again asking for it and was ignored yet again. The level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for a customer’s time and safety is honestly unbelievable. Selling a vehicle with a failing wheel bearing that feels like the tire is about to fall off is not just sloppy — it’s dangerous. Between the delays, constant excuses, ignored messages, and being handed a vehicle with serious mechanical issues, this dealership operates with zero professionalism and zero respect for the people buying their vehicles. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a car here think twice and have any vehicle independently inspected before trusting anything they say. I had asked multiple times for the receipt or proof of repairs and have not received it. I also confirmed that I was coming to the dealership that morning and texted while I was there, but no one came out or responded.

Do not buy from here unless you are knowledgeable with cars….these people are greasy people. They tell you the car is guaranteed to pass inspection and emissions and they do that by giving you the sticker when buying a car and then when you realize something’s wrong they will turn it on you and say it was your fault so they aren’t liable “it wasn’t like that before”. I bought A truck from these people brought it to my mechanic the next day and my mechanic said this should’ve never passed inspection….right strut was blown, tail shaft seal leak, rear brake pads 10% left, front right wheel bearing is loose and needs to be tighten (very dangerous)check engine light is now on a day after buying it, along with many other issues. Also the check engine light was on the day I picked it up told the people they cleared it and said it was an “error code” from the work they did (Load of BS). So now I have to pay for all these expensive repairs and I didn’t even bother calling them to fix it because I don’t trust them at all now. Just very disappointed that I bought this without seeing my mechanic first. Very disappointed also these people just half ass the cars they get and mark them up for profit it’s real shame. Also a decent amount of rust as well. These people are Slimey Charles Auto and Shelby Motors are NO GOOD.

I brought a car on finance with this dealer. I found an issue within days of buying the car. And as it is in warranty they were liable to check the issue. The car was returned with no proper inspection stating everything was correct. After using a for other few months. The car gave me trouble with the engine issue which makes worthless of buying Worthing me the same cost as purchase. The dealer has no answer for the inspection and done and also the battery issue came within days of purchasing which I replaced. Waste of buying car with this dealer.
