I can’t thank these guys enough!! I’ve been on the hunt for a WRX for a few years now….I’m also working on my credit like many others in this world. I had a certain amount to put down and a budget I wanted to stay in. After a horrible experience with a dealership I decided to look elsewhere. I saw this car it was exactly what I wanted, filled out the application. I got a call the following day. This process was done over the phone in two days! It was simple & straightforward. I bought a SUV from this location back in February of this year and to day the SUV has been in the shop for major repairs 5 times! When buying the SUV I had to ask for the breaks to be replaced as they were grinding on the test drive which the dealer repaired. Within the first weekend of owning the SUV the thing died and had to be towed down to them to repair the alternator and then towed down again a week ish later as it wouldn't start again this time needing a new battery. Since than I have had to have the AC compressor replaced since it wasn't working, the mass air sensor and valve cover. I have not even had this vehicle for 6 months yet!!! I feel like I was sold a junk box. Thank goodness the dealer pushing for the top level extended warranty as I have already had to use it 4 times for repairs. No one should be spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle to have it towed multiple times and 5 big repairs within months of owning it. I do NOT recommend this dealer at all.
