To be honest wish I could give more stars these guys didn't make it just hassle free they worked with me BIG time as I made payments on my down payment held my vehicle took care of everything I asked then what really did it for me was here I am months after over my warranty they made it right. If your wanting a new car go buy a new car have fun with the big payments. Want a decent used car with people that will work with you I'd recommend coming here.

Very friendly and considerate to their customers. Love the fact that it’s a buy here pay here. As long you communicate they will work around your situation. Stress free. Bought 2 car from them . The second car I got from them is my current car and it’s super reliable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an immediate everyday car .

Bought 2 cars here in the last 3 1/2 yrs. The first was a 2008 Hyundai Elantra for $5,500 lasted just 1 yr 7 months after the timing belt went and ruined the car plus it had additional issues like the catalytic converter (fixed,costly but manageable) In then bought the 2nd car there immediately after the Hyundai was totaled due to the broken belt. The 2009 Buick 2009 LaCrosse for $8,000 which has had problems since I bought it February 2024 which included needed to replace all 4 tires 6 months after getting the car and a brake job! This is not ok! Plus doors not opening and (something electrical) mounting issues which I brought the car back to them immediately after buying it for that same issue (never fixed). I'm now in the process of another fix with the Buick. Small deal ships are definitely a hit or miss and after trying two times with them I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Buyers beware as this dealership does the bare minimum with the cars that they purchase (in means of fixing them up after buying from auction which is typical for a lot of them). Customer service is good but as far as the overall conditions and treatment of the buyers once you leave as a customer you're quickly forgotten and just another number. After taxes, title, interest (Buick only paid cash for the Hyundai) and fixes I have spent over 17-18k for two cars the last 3 1/2 yrs plus additional money for the Buick thst is currently at my mechanic. Paid off my Buick last month (paid more than the weekly payment to pay it off quicker) Please when looking for a used car try your best in skipping this dealership because you'll likely avoid a headache and buyers remorse.
