Called 4 days in advance to see if the car they had on their website was still for sale, they told me it was . The day of I called again and nobody picked up the phone and when I drove an hour and a half to go and look at the car they told me they didn't have the car for a while. Honest waste of time

My cousin went to this dealership to buy a car and gave them $2,000. The vehicle did not have proper paperwork, and they tried to give him a different car instead. He refused and asked for his money back. Kenny told him they did not have the money to refund him and then forced my cousin out of the dealership. When I arrived, no one would open the door, so I had to call 911. During the situation, Kenny also made disrespectful and offensive comments toward me and my sister, including calling us lesbians in a disrespectful way. This entire situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. We believe the dealership acted unfairly and possibly violated consumer protection laws. In Massachusetts, there is not a general 30-day right to return a used car, but customers still have rights if a dealership fails to provide legal paperwork, misrepresents a vehicle, or acts dishonestly. We are requesting a full refund of the $2,000 and proper action regarding this matter.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. We were scammed by Kency. My husband bought a truck from him about two weeks ago and we put a deposit down and gave him the money for registration all to be returned to us when he received his check from the bank. We have YET to get the money from him. We have called him multiple times a day texted him multiple times a day and he keeps ghosting us trying to decline all correspondences from us. We have given him more than enough time to give us our money back and we have been plenty patient, but we will not let him get away with stealing money from us. DO NOT buy a car here unless you want to be robbed.
