Bought a 2017 Jaguar XE online sight unseen (I live in Wisconsin) Have had the car about a week and I am fully satisfied with it. The staff answered all my emails quickly and gave me all the details on how to purchase the vehicle online, as I had not done this before. Thanks for the great car. It was about $1000 less expensive than all the other Jaguars I was looking at online.

This was a truly unique experience buying a used car from this business. Admittedly it was a bit odd. But after going through the process, it ended up being the easiest purchase of a used car I've ever had. I was able to reserve the car and test drive it. After that, I was able to complete the process online in the comfort of my home. They even delivered the car a couple of days later at my request. In top of all that, their prices can't be beat.

Reached out online, wasn’t holding my breath. Smaller dealers usually leave you on read. They actually called me back though, so right away they’re doing better than most. Didn’t get every answer over the phone but went down anyway. Met Mike and Wesley. Nobody’s breathing down your neck, no pitch, just regular conversation. Had some towing questions and instead of making something up to keep the deal moving, they picked up the phone and got the right answer. Small thing, means a lot. Van was already pulled up when I got there. Took it out, liked it, came back and said so. They were straight with me, new arrival, they wanted to go through it before anything got signed. Respect that. Went back a second time and they’d already put new pads and rotors on the front. Nobody asked. Nobody negotiated for it. They just did it. That’s the whole review right there if you want the short version. Were they perfectly buttoned up on every little detail? No. But they were straight with me, and when it mattered, they handled it. Easy deal. No games, no nonsense, and they handled things before I even thought to bring them up. I’d go back. No question.

I recently sold my suv to Mass Auto World after posting it for sale online. I worked with Michael via telephone during the whole purchasing process since I am in CT. His offer for a security deposit let me know he was serious and he was respectful of my time. The entire process was super easy as Michael made the trip to me for pick-up.
