Dana at the front desk was great in explaining all the paper work to me and even assisting in post-purchase support. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Not the biggest lot on the block for used cars, but definitely one of the most trustworthy ones

Everyone was and has been so pleasant and accommodating. I plan to continue to go there for all my future maintenance needs, even though I live very close to multiple mechanic shops and a Toyota dealership. You can't compete with their great customer service! They have certainly earned my TRUST!

2013 Toyota Avalon Limited VIN:4T1BK1EB5DU016966 A woman there was very rude and unprofessional. We visited the dealership after driving two hours to see the vehicle listed on their website. Before taking it for a test drive, we conducted a thorough visual inspection. Unfortunately, the woman there (not sure if she was the owner or not) was unprofessional and seemed to treat everyone poorly. During the inspection, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working. We informed her that we couldn't proceed with the test drive due to the hot weather and the presence of an infant with us. When I inquired about fixing the air conditioning, she stated that it wouldn't be repaired and suggested we return the next day, citing slightly cooler temperatures. She informed us that she wouldn't repair the air conditioning until I purchased the car or left a deposit. I was hesitant about this approach, as I wasn't sure if the issue was a simple fix or a more complex problem that required further investigation. This response was unsatisfactory, especially given the additional issues we noticed, including a low tire pressure sensor and a fuel level of 13 miles remaining. The vehicle appeared unprepared for sale. The representative's behavior was unprofessional, and she treated us poorly despite our interest in purchasing the vehicle. We ultimately decided to leave and purchased a car from another dealership the same day. Interestingly, she contacted us during our test drive of the other vehicle to inform us that the air conditioning had been fixed. It's unclear why the representative wouldn't address the issue promptly and professionally, especially if it was easily resolvable. To provide a positive customer experience, it's essential to treat potential buyers with respect and ensure that your inventory is properly prepared before showcasing it to the market.
