Amazing dealership! Dorothy is the absolute best very informative and will do whatever she can possible to help you get your vehicle, no pressure very upfront and honest!!! She really made this process for us so easy and simple and no stress involved! She is such a hard worker and I got to really experience and see that firsthand purchasing my new vehicle from her!!! 810 auto is extremely lucky to have Dorothy working for them!!! My husband and I can’t say enough good things about 810 motors and Dorothy! We had recently got into a car accident and were without a car for a few weeks as it was totaled. We had reached out to her after a referral and reading all her amazing reviews! Well they’re all true, she was able to get working on a contract to get us in to the car within days. She worked her magic to get our credit approved and has been so gracious and honest the whole process! We ended up getting into a 16 CRV and man do we love it! A few days ago, I had the pleasure of going through the purchasing process with 810 Auto Motors, and honestly, it couldn't have gone better. The vehicle was in the described condition, and the price was fair. Dorothy was so kind and attentive that I thought she was the owner. At no point did they try to charge me any senseless fees. They break the stereotype of the "unscrupulous used car salesman". This is my fourth purchasing process, and by far, it has been the best. I drove 300 miles to make the purchase, and if I could, I would do it again. They will be at the top of my dealer list next time I need another vehicle. If in the future I have the option between doing business with a dealer on my block vs going the 300 miles to 810 auto motors, I would chose 810 auto motors for sure.

I came to 810 Auto Motors looking to buy a 2017 Chevy Silverado. Dorothy made the buying process smooth and pleasant. When I test drove the truck I noticed the tires were nearing the end of their life. Before I could even get a word out Dorothy had acknowledge the tires and already had them on order. When I came to pickup the truck I was expecting wholesale no name brand tires to be installed and to my pleasant surprise, brand new continental tires had been installed on the truck. I did have to wait a few weeks for title paperwork to come in to use my own financing, however, Dorothy was quick to respond to my inquiries and the whole process went smooth otherwise. The truck was very fairly priced and there were no obscene fees or add ons tacked on like most 2nd hand dealerships. What you see is what you get and I couldn't be happier with my truck and the whole experience altogether!
