Excellent service!!! I have only good things to say about River Auto Sales! I have been a customer for over 10 years and I always recommend them to my family and friends! Their inventory is the best with high quality cars and varieties. The loan process was quick and without surprises. The owner and employees are always available and very transparent during the entire purchase!!
This dealership is so well maintained and it’s clear to see that the staff is very knowledgeable and care for their clients. Cris was truly helpful through every step of the purchase of my car. I cannot recommend this dealership enough to everyone.
By far the easiest used car dealership I have ever worked with. Cris was great at responding to questions during the entire process. He kept his word about making repairs the were found during a presale inspection and even met us at a different location for drop off since we are not local. The car was completely detailed and Cris even came in early to make sure it was done properly.
Had a good experience with River Auto Sales buying my Mercedes-Benz. Cris was great to work with — very helpful, patient, and kept me updated during the process. The first bank took a while and didn’t end up funding, but once they switched to a second bank everything moved quickly. Registration was also easy and smooth. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend them!
This car dealership is gimmicks. Don’t ever go there. I have a very bad experience.They sold me this car a week ago and they are still fixing the car that they sold me week ago. When I ask them when can I pick up my car first they said insurance problem and when I fix that by myself which is there responsibility and then they told me they are sending their runner to rmv to get paperwork which took them 2 days and after that they said they took this car to town fair tire to fix the sensor and after that they said they found problem with A/C. They put broken cars on sales and after they sell that car they try to fix it which is unacceptable. We have work to do. We don’t have time for their games. That’s why I suggest all AMERICANS WHO LIVES IN MASS DON’T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP COZ THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND GIMMICKS.
